“I rented an apartment from Pinnell Enterprises in Canton, MI and I cannot say enough good things about Bill and the property. We were having a tough time finding a place in Michigan and ended up finding a perfect place right for my wife , son, and I. Bill was amazing through the process. He was cordial, explained everything about the property, and all paperwork was done promptly. The place was neatly maintained, and he added new carpeting, new oven, and reworked the bathroom before we moved in.
What i found to be amazing about him was that he was proactive in making sure the place was immaculate. Any issue, even something as simple as light bulbs would be taken care of by him. He was courteous and always worked around our schedule for any fixes that were needed. He was also very knowledgeable and would answer any question my wife would have about home renovations.
We ended up staying for almost 2 years but had to move to a bigger place with a second baby on the way. He was so helpful with making sure we had ample time and help to move to our new place. I would recommend Pinnell Enterprises for renting, purchasing, or selling your next home. I cannot wait to work with Bill once we decide to purchase our house in Michigan!”
